Becky specializes in ADHD, Autism, PTSD, and domestic violence. Becky works with children,
teens, and adults. She openly welcomes individuals from a variety of diverse backgrounds and
believes that everyone deserves access to mental health care. As a military spouse and
neurodivergent, she has a niche for working with individuals on the spectrum as well as military
spouses and their families. Becky's approach to counseling is trauma and neurodivergent
informed, client centered, and strengths based. Utilizing a variety of interventions and
therapeutic modalities, treatment is tailored to each client's individual needs. She will meet you
with warmth, curiosity, empathy, and respect, and provide a non-judgmental and safe therapeutic
space. She believes that acceptance, mutual respect, honesty, and connection are the

406 Recovery is a Montana-based telehealth psychiatry practice providing compassionate,
evidence-based mental health and addiction care for adults across Montana. Services include
psychiatric evaluations and medication management for depression, anxiety, trauma-related

Community Pharmacy Partnership: 406 Recovery partners with Albertsons Osco Pharmacy
locations across Montana to improve access to long-acting injectable psychiatric and addiction
medications. Through this collaboration, specially trained community pharmacists administer
long-acting injectable medications in local pharmacy settings, helping reduce travel barriers and
improve continuity of care for patients in rural and frontier communities. This partnership
expands access to evidence-based treatment while allowing patients to receive ongoing care
closer to home.
